The VAYO platform is managed by the project team (Tenerife, Spain). We act as the data controller.

2. What data do we collect automatically?

When you visit the website, we collect only technical information necessary for stable operation: IP address, browser type, language settings (Accept-Language), and cookies.

3. Your rights under GDPR:

• Right to access: You can request confirmation as to whether your technical data is being processed.
• Right to be forgotten: Since we do not store personal profiles (names, emails), your technical logs are automatically overwritten and deleted by the server.
• Right to choose language: You can change your localization settings at any time simply by clearing cookies in your browser.
